The online help is completely unresponsive so i wasnt able to reach anyone

Great application to check and pay your bills, I wish I had a similar one while living in other countries...

Before its showing the total ammount of water and total ammount of electricity usage i spend now not showing at all cz its helping me before to control

Every time I minimize the app, the customer service agents stop communicating and I must start again from the beginning. So if I need to take a call or reply to a message in the background, i must restart my enquiry from the beginning

Was easy to log in before now my credentials is lost
