No working first purchase code, any code of midnight, its not making any sense to buy online as the store if they do not work updating and giving a proper work to the app.

Navigating can be confusing.

I have a feedback to share regarding the app. While using it, I had a feeling of being or shopping in a busy bazzar where it's tough to navigate through the crowd. It would be great if the app could be more user-friendly and less clunky. Additionally, I suggest adding more features to enhance the experience, such as integrating with Apple Wallet to allow members to store their membership cards directly on their phones. This would be a convenient and secure way to access their membership information without having to rely solely on the app.

Very poor app need to work on it it’s keeps giving me invalid everything is invalid no matter what’s 😂

Trying to sign up for more than a week. OTP never received.

Watson’s app on iPhone is not very friendly to use. Can see but Can’t select the outlet that is nearest to me

Tried logging in, but I have to use ‘forgot password’ for some reason (coz I’m pretty sure my password is correct but still small chance it could be wrong). Used email/phone no/W card no, but failed. Why? Requested verification every single time but I never receive one with every method available. Been trying since last year every now and then, I always end up giving up, until I feel like ranting here and give this lousy app 1 star. And please, no need to ask me for further details which requires me sending you an email to that hello.watsons email address whatsoever. If I have to go through MORE TROUBLE typing out the issue satu2, providing all sorts of details to you in a lengthy email, tak berbaloi ok? Coz guess what, I’m not in your payroll as QA engineer to test & solve your app developer problem, I’m not part of your tester team. All of my issues are listed above (where is my verification code at??!!) and just deal with the stupid bug that you have not fixed since forever.

One of the lousiest app ever used. Frequent hung and can even edit the delivery address. Address with a number and alphabet such as 32A can be updated while the map does show this as well
