Firstly, there’s nothing much can be done with the app apart from browse thru products. Since Nov until today, I still could not add any items into the cart to place order. 2ndly, Watsons CS ain’t helpful at all as rather than rectify the issue, the reply was to try again after 5 hours that ain’t working. 3rdly, please change your developer teams that sleep on the job as how could this app problem remain an issue for 2 weeks now. Every min is $$ and you’re making the company losing money. 4thly, why bother to launch new interface for general use when it’s not fully tested.
