Ok so ive been using wattpad for quite a while now, and its overall a pretty amazing app, but i still see many flaws here and there. Let me elaborate: 1. Ads. There are wayyy too many ads, like approximately one per chapter. I get that yall have to make money, but tbh this is a lil overkill. 1 per 2 chapters would be soo much better! 2. Covers and pictures. The covers for my work are usually just random photos mainly because i don’t want my pfp on my book, which literally looks hideous ngl no offense, and usually i just design my own cover for the books on Ibispaint X, and when i realise the format is incorrect and i cant use it, i end up with a totally random or hideous cover. I think you guys should make a feature that allows more formats of book covers…. 3. Deleting things. Ok. So i have accidentally deleted some of my old projects before, which tbh really made me sad because it was months of hard work down the drain, and cuz theres no way to un delet the work, it was just gone forever. So im suggesting yall devs add a recover deleted projects thingy or whatever to save other writers like me from depression 🥲🥲🥲 Overall this is what i suggest for the app. I have to say its actually awesome because i can actually find the stories i want to see, but those flaws mentioned above really need some tweaking. TYSM!!!
I keep getting signed out
Most things seem to work well except that I get signed out of my account once a day. It’s inconvenient, I shouldn’t have to sign in everyday. The second thing is the block of space for ads at the bottom of the screen cuts off the words in paging mode when I’m using my tablet. If there isn’t wifi and I refresh the app, the block should go away and the words should be completely visible. Can there also be an option to justify the margins of the text. I’m surprised it’s not an option already.
Can’t log back in
I can’t log back in, don’t get my wrong, I love reading fanfics. But I cant log back in! :( please fix this!
Account problems
I have been using Wattpad for a while now Because of my phone don’t have enough storage, I have to create a second account for writing stories and I found out that I can’t sign up, I have already done putting email, password, username, birthday, and read the pivrate policy paragraph on the sign up page, it just won’t let me in , my born year was in 2000, and I just don’t know why I can’t get in,is that a bug or something? I’m confused, please reply because I really need that account

Battery issue
The app consumes much more battery after the update and heat up my phone
Everytime i leave Wattpad for a long time all the words disappear
I don’t know why but every time I leave Wattpad either for a long time or for just minutes, the words from the that I was reading disappears and I would have to close wattpad and reopen it again (I’m on phone btw) this have been going on for a while. Please fix it.
Keep getting ads glitch
I keep getting notifications that I would get a ad right after I just watched an ad please fix thank you
