Great app for wedding planning! It kept everything organized with easy-to-use checklists, budgeting tools, and guest management. Loved the vendor chat feature and inspiration gallery. Made the whole process stress-free!
I had asked before renewal if there was a pause of subscription for maternity, the team member committed that pause will be provided if documents are submitted, When the time came the team member was non-responsive for 2 months and then offered credit note, which was not a part of the commitment, on fighting I was offered a pause of 3 months in my 2nd trimester, which was completely useless as I wouldn’t be able to attend inquiries during delivery or handling a new borne. They make false promises, spam leads all over the app. Earlier it used to work. But not now, and the team has got worse.
I buy a package in july 2023 and i don’t get any client from this platform. Very chief leads provided and only 18 leads give in 33000 please don’t buy premium plan.

My experience with your app and website has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my review to prevent others from falling into the same trap.From the outset, I was bombarded with incessant calls and pressure tactics to purchase your packages. Despite my initial reservations, I succumbed to the persuasion and decided to give your services a try. However, it quickly became apparent that this decision was a grave mistake.Once I had purchased a package, the level of customer care plummeted dramatically. It seems that your team is only interested in making a sale, with little to no regard for the satisfaction or well-being of your clients. I have encountered numerous issues and challenges with no assistance or resolution in sight.What is particularly infuriating is the lack of responsiveness to my queries and complaints. Whenever I raise concerns about the lack of results or assistance, I am met with empty promises that a Relationship Manager will address the issue. However, these promises remain unfulfilled, leaving me feeling abandoned and cheated.In hindsight, I deeply regret investing my hard-earned money into Wedmegood's services. The experience has been a total waste of both time and resources, and I am left feeling utterly disillusioned.I strongly advise anyone considering using Wedmegood to steer clear of their services. The level of incompetence, dishonesty, and disregard for customer satisfaction is appalling, and I would not wish this experience upon anyone else.
There’s a bug in app. I am not able to login to my vendor profile. I have received an enquiry but not able to get the details as I am not able to login. Please help.
Customer support/ manager doesn't reply to calls/ messages. Once we make the payment the discussion ends there, no leads, no calls or any support. Horrible!
