Consistency is the key

I ve had trouble being consistent both with nutrition and training, We Glow has helped me a lot to keep me staying on track since I can follow a Guide and train realtime with Stef, Mara or Alex. When I m not in the mood I can switch my schedule with a nice spicy 15 min training and feel accomplished. It s not about how long but the consistency to keep showing up for yourself and for this there are so many options. It perfectly suits not only your needs but also your mood! Go for it!!

The App is the easiest way to keep you in track, it suits your needs according to level and time. Basically if you are running out of time but you dont what to skip your training your have plenty of 20 min options. My fav are the full body workouts. You can set your meal plan and being inspired by the recipes, take part to the challanges and whenever you feel low, you can train with Stef cause there are tons of videos which make the training much easier! The new part with Mara is totally a blessing, Yoga and stretch time make this App my favorite one!

Ho iniziato ad allenarmi a casa grazie a Ste fit e non smetterò mai di ringraziarla. L app è strepitosa, hai tanta offerta di allenamenti sia preimpostati sia in contemporanea con lei (i miei preferiti), di 20 min o anche di 45 min (in modo da adattarsi al meglio alle proprie esigenze) e posso assicurare che i risultati arrivano alla grande! C’è anche una sezione dedicata allo stretching che è di grande aiuto. Oltre all’allenamento poi, troviamo anche ricette e consigli alimentari davvero ottimi. La consiglio vivamente!

I bought this app thinking it would be a regular fitness app with individual clips of exercises. To my surprise, the guides are pre recorded full length home made videos. It’s like watching a YouTube video. The app works as peloton, you choose a random exercise and there’s no routine. I do not recommend.

I'm only on day 2 of hot girl summer guide, but giving review as of experience now. Pros- I love the split workout schedule. Super easy to follow, can be done at home or gym. I love that it has variation (weights, Pilates, & cardio). It has some meal ideas. You can adjust the rest time in the workouts and add details such as reps/ weights. You can also swap out workouts for others that work better for you. You can sync to your watch to track steps and hrydration in the app. Con- so FAR I haven't seen many workouts geared towards just arms. Workouts have been lower body/ upper body splits. I'd like more specific workouts for glutes/ arms/ back. Maybe they are in other programs and i just haven't seen them. I also wish they had more basic, simple meal ideas and macros listed for recipes. Once again, maybe I haven't spent enough time looking through them. I'd also like to know exactly what weights the trainers used per specific lifts... like does stef use 2x30s for her RDLs? 15s for her shoulder press? Everyone lifts at their own rate, but I like knowing how I compare in my lifts and want to know what to work towards. Maybe a random post of "what I eat on an average day". And more feedback and interactions from the trainers themselves. So far I really love the app and set up overall. Just sharing a few things I personally am looking for or random thoughts I get exploring the app.

I was looking for more at home workouts and decided to give this app a try. Its sooo worth it! Felt the BURNNN everytime. Also great for low impact which is what I wanted after a long time doing heavy weight training.
