I cancelled my subscription but have just been charged $39.99 to my credit card how do I get my money back this is outrageous.

I love the app and it’s helping me tremendously to stay motivated and focused. More connection options would be wonderful, like Garmin Connect for example.

This app does not show up in your subscriptions on iCloud so you cannot cancel it. You have to get hold of support (they have not got back to me yet) but only once you realize they’ve billed you. Garbage, do not buy!

I am unable to cancel subscription that is set to automatically renew in November 2019!! Even after receiving an email from the developer I have still not been assisted! Apple please remove this app from App Store before other individuals are tricked into this ‘free’ subscription that you cannot cancel 🤔🤔

I was billed for the premium subscription a less than a week into the free trial period. I had not signed up for the premium subscription either.??? I demand my miney back pls

Tell customers up front what they going to pay. Not after downloading the app!

Do not install. It does not allow you to cancel. It may be a scam.

All you want is money & no valuable service!!!! 😡
