Love this app. Me and my husband use it everyday and it is so easy to use. I do wish we had the option to add notes to a workout, but overall, fantastic app.
Absolutely love this app. Incredibly well designed, simple, gets the job done. And free!
It’s simple and customizable, but more importantly, it’s free. No sneaky add ons or annoying ads. This app is a dream come true. I wouldn’t pay for any app out there as long as this free option is available.
Been using this app for two years and really enjoy it. An option to change the rep type would be nice. That way I didn’t have to add a new variant for negatives or pulse reps.
Please add more achievements for more serious lifters!!. And unlock the ??? Ones!
A stellar and useful app … for free! No in-app purchases.
Excellent app! It would be nice if negative numbers were available to use for weight assisted exercises like pull ups and dips.
This app is nice and colorful. Plenty of exercises and you can add your reps. The colors are not communicative. Sometimes the button is on the screen but there is modal on top so you are not to click the button. It is confusing. Also if are trying to add an exercise, the pop up doesn’t have a close button while you are typing. So first you have to scroll to get the search box then you type then you click and nothing happens. So you have to do something weird to make the keyboard go away first and the you click. Has to delete app because I started putting in an exercise. It wasn’t on the list. Couldn’t proceed. Couldn’t do anything.
This is the simplest lift tracker I’ve used. It provides all of the basic functionality you need like progress graphs, custom workouts, custom lift variations and more. The only gripe I have (which doesn’t affect me) is that it is not beginner friendly i.e. it does not give you a guided workout plan. This isn’t bad since you can find all types of plans online but the fact that it’s completely FREE negates that.
