Great app for tracking progress!
Really great app for tracking lifting and progress. The logging is excellent and the stats are so detailed, excellent for tracking progress. I have tried lots of other tracking apps and usually they are missing at least one feature such as substituting exercises. This seems to have it all! One minor suggestion for improvement. All ‘variations’ of an exercise seem to be logged together. This then messes up the stats eg if I do 20kg in one variation and 40kg in another the graph is up and down. Would be good if these were recorded separately.
