App is terrible. Don’t recommend.

The software is very poorly set up to be user friendly for both clients of fitness facilities and the company using it. They are over priced and incredibly difficult to understand on the customer support and tech support end. If you have any questions you are always talking to someone different who doesn’t understand. The communication between departments must be non existent because the people working don’t do what they say they are going to do.

If you are thinking about switching don’t do it- it is been a terrible experience and no one is willing to actually help fix the problems- just a lot of talk.

I would not recommend this to any yoga studio. They app freezes if you try to add students to the class. (Which is every class). Crashes and freezes often. Confusing as it shows the wrong day of what “today” is. Doesn’t refresh class list often, unless you close the app out and re open. Allows clients to pick drop in class for a higher price special event. Nightmare on mess ups to keep the books correct. Hard to connect multiple accounts of one person. No support to correct these on going issues. Lies of capabilities and service before signing on.

The tech support isn’t great on the back end. There is way more admin set up then is advertised. It is fussy and needs to be easier to read and adjust on mobile devices. There could be more online tutorials for set up, client use and the updates don’t actual seem to do much. Over promise and underdeliver.

Not only is this a brutal app that crashes all the time and it’s consistently having errors and issues now the management is trying to buy reviews with a trip to Hawaii. Are you kidding me?! I would never recommend this app it is embarrassing how bad it is regularly. What a joke why don’t you focus on creating an app that doesn’t crash every 10 seconds this company is disgrace stay away!

This app crashes frequently or just doesn’t load, there are constant updates that never seem to fix the issues. I can never trust what is showing for sign-ins because it doesn’t refresh properly…. Ie, today is Saturday but according to the app right now it’s still last Thursday. I would love to see this app working better. Hope the owner can improve the bugs it has.

This app barely ever works properly. There are a multitude of bugs, crashes, and little annoyances that make it frustrating to use. Sadly, if you’re a Wellnessliving customer, you don’t have any other choice. Latest update is terrible — the default sales report shows you a week of sales starting on Sunday. So if I want to see todays sales, I have to scroll through about 12 screens.

Great app - helps studio owners keep organized and is user friendly. Highly recommend.

It crashes every time I use it. All of a sudden it pops up, no connection try again. Quite frustrating to have to crash close it over and over again and restart it to get anything done. I don’t have an old phone either.
