After more than 1 year, the software just glitched every time they updated. The app can’t use for anything except seeing your schedule. Oh ya, they also give hidden fee through their pointed merchant processor, Paragon. They will trap you to not get out. Run away from this one! Horrible experience with this company. Stealing money from small businesses.

a about a year ago this app was great. i only used my phone app to use wellness living. now i can not even use the app at all. it never loads, and when it does it glitches and the app crashes. this has been for months. unless your business will solely use the website and never the app, don’t get it.
I switched to WL two years ago from Mindbody, hoping to improve experiences for parents signing kids up for class. 1. The switch was very difficult on all our clients. 2. While there may have been marginal progrss in parent user experience, general use for all students was not well reviewed. 3 More devastating the reports features and general user experience has made client commutation and retention awful headaches. My business has suffered and I would never recommend. 4. Payments processing through paragon is opaque and expensive. And requires PCI validation.
I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am with Wellness LIVING! This company, software, customer service, and the price you pay is everything anyone can wish for! 100% hands-down, the best company for our business!
Glitchy. Not intuitive. Customer service is awful. Every time there’s an update something always goes wrong and the app is down or the whole platform is messed up. Cannot wait until my contract is up with them. Just awful.
Can't even add a new client. Crashes every time.
Things that go wrong include not defaulting to preferred view and not updating class enrollment—which is particularly egregious

Yes it wasn’t easy leaving Mind Body because I was with them for 18yrs Wellness Living has it’s glitches but overall the transition was simple 3 yrs and I’m totally happy with my switch
