I am continually having to uninstall and reinstall this app.

An answer of no takes to long when have to type reason why.

App is never loading

Very annoying and inconvenient app to use. Have to click buttons multiple times. Face ID does not work. Crashes frequently. Very difficult to use

App keeps missing my clock out

This app is EXTREMELY important for my job. I and many others rely upon it. All too often I have to delete the app and reload taking valuable time out of my day. This happens at least once a week to three times a week.

It use to be an OKAY app, you select the tasks you do and hit yes or no multiple times then freezes and the app closes out and you have to do it all over again BUT NOW it sucks…it never recognizes my shift when it’s available. I clock in then when go back to the app after literally clocking in it says “shift not found” then it prompts me to clock in AGAIN..THEN I GET READY TO CLOCK OUT AND IT TELLS ME TO CLOCK IN..so it haven’t logged my first two clock in attempts at all… then it always says “error time out” but when you hit close it never closes so you have to exit out the app and log in all over again to just get to what you need to get to. VERY ANNOYING APP and I never been happy with my using of it in the 3years I had it

Needs improvement but other than that great app

Update 12/21/24 App worked for 3 weeks after the update and quit. I have NOT been able to log in and see my schedule , clock in/out and mark tasks for the past week due to app failure AGAIN. Please FIX the bugs!!! I have not been able to get into the app since yesterday morning. Had one perfect use for a shift and then it would not load for the next 2 shifts. Tonight it still won’t load so I can see my schedule. Please fix the bugs!

Great app for scheduling! I just wish that this app would include Clients condition and a little bit about them so I can be well prepared before walking through their home.
