Resolving the recurring issue of clicking in and out would make this app better. On site and waiting for the app to stop pausing. I’ve waited 10 minutes attempting to click in and the same at clicking out. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app and still not working right. Happens way too often.

This app has been bad for all 2 years I’ve used it, but this week it has turned to trash. It barely loads! Logging in takes minutes of waiting, if it loads at all. It will never remember your login information, so you’ll have to type in your password many times each day. It says you can set up Face or Touch ID, but the app doesn’t support it. Clicking the “Yes” or “No” tabs is unsatisfying & takes 2-4 tries to get it to activate. If you look at your calendar or scroll down your shifts, the current day’s shifts will disappear. Somehow, you’ve made your app even worse this week because it barely wants to work.

App is very slow.

I am a brand new employee at Cambridge Caregivers and was told I needed to download this app. It had zero what creat an new user account even I put in my VALID email, it shots back INVALID email I tried downloading a different well many app and it’s the same thing, except it had a place for USER NAME AND PASSWORD but what the heck is an ENVIRONMENT CODE? Please fix this because I need to use the app but can’t

Can someone please change the way the task list is presented? If I have 23 tasks, they should all be listed and then at the end yes or no. If yes, end of clocking out. If no, then you can comment on whichever tasks you did not do. This thing where I have to click on every task individually EVERY DAY is annoying and time-consuming. Can someone please change this? P.S. most people are saying yes to everything and not even looking at what these tasks say after the first week of doing it. PLEASE CHANGE THIS! Also please make it so I can see the password when putting it in so I don’t have to go back and change the whole thing if one letter or number is wrong. This app is really antiquated and not up to par at all. You should also be able to STAY logged in. If I’m not logging out then I shouldn’t have to keep logging back in daily. The user name and pw should be able to stay there until further notice. Again, another time- consuming unnecessary step that makes everything that much more annoying. Oh and the part where the stupid thing keeps saying you’re “out of range” when your right there in the persons HOUSE! There are so many more things wrong with this app but since I know for a fact that no one reads these then what’s the point of listing them on here? I’m making it my mission to find a way to contact someone who is in charge of this app. Because this thing is probably one of the worst apps I have ever had to deal with. Changes need to be made!

This app is the sorest app ever

When it works, it’s great, but lots and lots of issues with loading, especially lately. Whoever updated it last time with “bug fixes” needs more schooling.

I do like the app but it js keep crashing or frozen. White screen and I can’t do anything. Please fix it!!! Always saying “Authenticating” so annoying

As of 4:40pm 8/1/24 the app has completely stopped working for me. I either get stuck in “verifying” mode or I sign in and it gets stuck on a white screen and doesn’t load anything more. I tried calling the land line number and it was a busy signal or it hung up on me. It never rung either. A little while ago, 9:45 pm on the same day I finally got a message, but it says I have no shifts…. Something is seriously wrong with the system.

Constantly having trouble getting into and clocking into my shifts. Hope you can fix this.
