Bad banking
They suspended one of my accounts so I can’t make external transfers and I am unable to speak to anybody at this company to get an answer about why. They also are not compatible with Apple Pay.

Not happy with this bank and am in the process of changing.
Love banking with them but very unfortunate how least twice A week they have to update app so I can’t see how much is in my checking or even transfer from my savings. Gets annoying cause it’s always when I need to check it most and never really get a heads up about it
I don’t understand why they removed the card lock feature from the app.
Cards issued through this bank are not compatible with Apple Pay and customer support is not able to assist. As far as banking goes, they’ve been okay. Not exceptional but significantly better than USAA.
I have been a member since 1995 and have never had a bad experience. I use the Jenks branch the most and l am impressed with the professionalism shown there. The rates are great, the loan officers have always been so helpful and easy to work with. TFCU is the best bank in Tulsa! I recommend it to all my friends and family!

I STILL HATE the name WeStreet. People laugh at the name, they don’t find it clever.
The app works great when in the United States. But when overseas, the app gives an error so I am unable to access my account info. This is an issue for me because I have to travel outside the U.S. occasionally for work and I’m usually there for a few months. If this was fixed, I would give the app 5 stars.
