Yes buying as an international person sucks on whatnot. Plus you have to the shipping charges, as they fluctuate in price. After the first purchase is made the shipping price is supposed to go down to free. IT DOESN’T! My shipping on the all the purchases said free. Then I noticed that they charged me a lot. Put in a complaint with whatnot and they asked for pictures of the purchases. I said if I knew I needed to in case I was being ripped off I would’ve took pics of them. So if you do get this app and start bidding, be careful and watch the shipping charges

Really a greedy company when it comes to shipping, I would advise against anyone in Canada buying on whatnot unless you are ready to get slapped with ridicules shipping cost then a custom fee on top. Purchased about 10 vinyls from the USA, and have to pay 100$ shipping? Is this a joke, I pay less shipping from items coming from China.

As a Canadian streamer you need to bring back the feature that anyone globally can watch the stream. And be promoted in all countries.

Not friendly to international customers. High shipping rates. Giveaways are offered free for U.S.A. users. giveaways for international users, are not free, and sellers are not willing to spend the high shipping rates for international giveaways, so you are able to enter. Same thing applies to buyers giveaways. Not accessible for international users.

It has the best deals on anything you want from jewelry, clothes, toys, trading cards, designer brand, anything you can think of you can find it on there. Each category has multiple awesome communities of people who share the same interests as you. Also there's giveaways which are 💯 percent free and gives you free shipping if you win a giveaway aswell.

Trash company always banning my phones for just doing giveys.

This app charges merchants so much 8% plus extra fees. Anyone who think they can make a big fortune on this app is delusional. And YET They have hands down the worst customer service I can find in modern business. They have the audacity to charge 8% of total sales but cannot afford to hire a customer service team. Their app are broken too. WORST APP EVER

App not working after update.

Fun times, should be labeled as a gambling app. Some streamers are good and help out most are just out to take your money and make you feel bad for not spending more. Support team usually sucks and they only look out for them selves first then help you out.

I gave it a good try and wont ever buy from again. As a Canadian its frustrating to be excluded from all of the giveaways even when I’m actively purchasing items. Horrific shipping system. Every single item bought automatically has shipping charged too it even if you buy multiple items in a single show. What not needs to get better at offering combined shipping, till then I wont ever buy again. Buying on facebook marketplace or ebay has better work arounds than anything offered here. Even though what not supposedly has a system to help with combined shipping the sellers don't care enough to set it up and what not isnt helping them learn. Similar concept, you get charged on credit card for each individual purchase which is stupid. It should be combined into one charge at the end of the show. Just shows how poorly designed it is. I do like the bidding system and how it adds time based on last bid so that everyone has a chance to win an item if they’re fast to react. The short timer auctions (3seconds) don't add enough extra time for most people to react so thats only downside but the longer timer ones you have plenty of time. The giveaway concept is cute but broken and only benefiting Americans over everyone else.
