Bike was working perfect with the app soon as this latest update i can't get my bike on to ride I'm highly upset

Worked like a charm until I tried to end ride. Made it to my destination with to meet fun important employer, I was going to show Him I was fun too. Tried to end ride and couldn’t.ultimate embarrassment!!! Had to drive almost back to where I picked scooter up to find a non restricted location. Finally walked back and I was way late. Almost missed the appointment altogether. First time. I want a refund!

Scooter was fine for 5 minutes but then wouldn’t stop exhilarating. Kind of scary!!!

My sister used this app prior which made me reluctant & hesitant to try… the app charged her & she wasn’t able to ride. Aside from that my ride worked yet the app was slightly confusing or not vey user friendly

So I rented one thinking it was like Lime where you could drive it around and drop it off at where you want to go, I was wrong, my co-worker and I had to drive it back all the way to we’re we got one originally and by the time I was done I was running 30 mins, thinking how o should be ok because I got the credit and expected for that to be used and .83 cents a minute so maybe 20 ish bucks with the credit I got nope I looked at my account and it was 24.99 plus the charge for my credit which was supposed to be on sale.. it wasn’t then I looked my credit for it and it was hardly used.. not once did it charge for the .83 cents a minute and lime is waaay cheaper and you can practically drop it off anywhere so as long as it’s not in the way of anything or anyone This thing is a ripe off here

My friend got one that was dying so we spent our time looking for a drop off spot.

I am traumatized for life!!!! I’m pregnant and I fell pretty on this bike because of the little tires couldn’t get up a curve. My knee started bleeding really bad and I the bike wouldn’t allow me to drop it off anywhere. I was forced to ride the bike for 30 minutes just look for somewhere to drop it off. Very expensive and I cried the entire time

I tried to park my bike and it would not let me end my ride. Which of course had me pay more. Will not be using this service.

Don’t use this one i’m warning you. Bird is the best scooter to use just don’t use wheels.
