I have used many taxi / car services and Wheely is hands down the best by a mile. The app works flawlessly and gives you all the information you need, the cars are immaculate, and every driver can’t do enough to make your journey a pleasant one. 100% recommend!

We forgot to book a ride from our wedding venue to our hotel in the evening of the big day and booked on here last minute. The driver was on time and professional and the car was really nice BUT incredibly the next morning I noticed I left my phone in the car and after finding out I had a flight to catch for the honeymoon they sent someone out to return the phone to me on the opposite side of the city in time for my flight free of charge!!! Absolutely amazing service, made my day instead of what would have been a stressful morning. Thanks!

Be careful of this app. They charged me £90 as a “hold” on my credit card immediately after registering and before I even looked at, let alone actually even made, a booking. Then they say it is just a hold and will be released after 5 days! Avoid this con

Booked with their promise of arriving on time. “Driver will be 15 minutes late” actually he was 40 mins away when they said that. Then cancelled stranding us and costing me 100s of pounds. Don’t book these frauds. Oh and they offered zero other than a pathetic “sorry he’s on his way”.

Worst company every. They don’t treat their chauffeur with respect. Full of uneducated staff with no dignity.

The idea and implementation is great, makes my life much easier. However, i hate companies that are not transparent about their fees. Parking fees should have been mentioned before booking a car…

I ordered a car for a specific time at 23:35, but my driver arrived 20 minutes late!!! I noticed that he was just waiting outside of the paid parking and didn’t want to come inside. When I called and mentioned that I had already arrived (he was supposed to meet me with a card), he seemed surprised, and I could see the car starting to move. I explained my situation to the support service, but instead of receiving honest answers, I was given a lie from a support person named Hussain. He told me that heavy traffic was the reason for the delay. However, when I checked the traffic, the city was clear. So, I told him it was impossible, but he insisted, saying that I should have ordered a taxi earlier than just 30 minutes before, insinuating that it was my fault that his driver was late?!?!!?!? Just to note, I hadn’t received any notification from Wheely that their car would be late for my order
