Watch out for the extra fees
Was really very disappointed. Booked them for a pickup from Heathrow and a second trip as a drop-off there. Charged £90 from South West London. Except for all the extra fees that they load on top, which are *not* included in the fare. One hour of free waiting time included? Nope. Car parking is extra. Heathrow drop-off charge? Even Uber include that in the fare. Also billed extra. Until they can get the basics right yet still charging premium pricing, I’ll be avoiding them.
Horrible service
Made an order, they charged me £90. The app couldn’t locate the right address that is Battersea Power Station. I contacted their customer support and they couldn’t fix the address for 30 minutes. I had to cancel the order in the end. Result: £90 blocked for 5 days, 30 minutes spent communicating to awful customer service, no taxi arranged.
Good but check the price
I’ve used these guys every time I’ve flown over the last few years. Check the price closely. There’s a difference between luxury and over pricing and I fear these guys are on the wrong side by quite a way. Shame, as I used to like using this company until I really looked into how much I was paying for it.

Lovely experience going to and from the airport. We felt very spoiled!
complete waste of time
recently booked a chauffeur to pick up me and my date for prom, the app said £53 but I checked my bank and it charged £100. Not only did they overcharge me but the guy was running 50 mins late, so I had to cancel and get an uber last minute. still haven’t been refunded either.
Awful
I booked a transfer and it told me the price was £100. It then charged me £250. I contacted customer support and they said the cost was fixed and there was nothing they could do. Scam
Wheely
Excellent service, cars and drivers have always been excellent and immaculate. You have to plan a little bit in advance because they’re not an instantaneous Taxi but the service they provide is well worth it. The only issue is they don’t cover enough places!
