Absolutely love this app but recently it keeps logging me out of my account and I need to log in again.
Worked great until it didn’t. Won’t let me log in. Says my password is not correct so I went to reset. Says my email is not associated so I went to create a new account but that email is already registered. Loved the app until now. Lost all my data trying to delete and re-download. Not sure what other options are.
I’ve only been using this app for a little over a week and I’m disappointed I didn’t find it sooner! I’m currently running, swimming, cycling, and strength training. I especially love the calendar showing which phases I’m in, my readiness level, the RHR trend, and etc. I can then apply this data to my future training depending on where I’m at in the cycle. I feel like I finally have control over my body and performance. What a great concept.
It would be cool but even though it says it’s connected with apple health, it doesn’t load the years of data I have there and for months the app has said my cycle length is wrong and estimates I have a 60 something day cycle. The inaccuracy of it atm combined with the need to check in every day, the check in loads so slowly and the fact that the rest of my data which I’ve recording in the Flo app is “lost” if I switch apps is v much discourages me from switching apps. Make app switching possible. Data integration Is. So. Important. Not importing data from apple health is very irritating and inconsiderate.
I used this app everyday for a couple of months, but despite some great features it just doesn’t work for me. I I like the cycle tracking and having a general idea how to support my training based on where I am at in my cycle. I don’t find the readiness score to be that accurate, I suspect that is because I have a physical job that varies from day to day and I don’t know how to take in account the physical strain of that along with my training. I also don’t need training plans or coaching as I am an experienced athlete. And finally, I am an Apple Health user and track my workouts there. My workouts no long sync with the app. There used to be a work around to “force” them to sync but that’s not working anymore. I find I don’t have the time or desire to enter my training manually into the app. I liked the cycle reports when they were free. I don’t mind paying for an app or certain features but the cost is too steep considering the plan includes coaching and plans—features I don’t need.
I have been using this app since the beginning. When I first got it it was still a test app. I have loved it from the start. It helps me track my menstrual cycle and my training all in one place. I love it because it is useful for the average woman who exercises up to the world class athlete. I work as a personal trainer and I love recommending this app to my clients, friends, and family. The feature of tracking training load is one of my favorites!
It’s been so helpful to get feedback from the app about how to train and recover (I never believed I needed as much protein as recommended until I trialed actually increasing my protein-what a difference! I’m so buff now!) in regards to my hormonal cycle. How great that this information is available now!
I love the idea behind this, but I decided to move to paper due to the political climate. Keep up the good work!
Great app for any female athlete, but excellent app for learning what will be most useful, supportive & effective.
This app is great! I work out a lot. I train jujitsu, cycle, weight lift, teach yoga and do yoga, on top of teaching and taking kettlebell classes. I have always I had an issue with not having a period. It was pretty much normal for me to not have a period for about six months at a time. Since using this app it’s like everything is cured. I know when I should and shouldn’t push myself. When I’m being lazy or if it’s just my hormones. When I should increase my carbs and not. It’s crazy how much the knowledge of knowing when you should and shouldn’t do things will completely change your body. I would suggest it for anyone who is athletic.
