I just downloaded the app and can’t even get pass the login screen what a waste! I have an account already and I try logging in and nothing happens.😒 so much for a first impression.

On iPad, tapping on the search bar does not open the keyboard. App is useless.

Why can’t I see the ads if I don’t want to sign up that doesn’t mean I don’t wanna shop I just don’t wanna sign up. I think it’s stupid.

Fix the search bar it is impossible to click on to type what I’m searching for it works 2 percent of the time.

I have never been able to input text into the search bar, it is unresponsive when I click on it and I am not able to type nor paste text of an item to search for. The bell for notifications or the scanner icon on either side of the search bar work just fine, just not the search bar itself. I can pull up the website on my phone and am able to search there, just not within the app itself. Edit - in response to feedback from developer suggesting that I update the app, I was using the latest version of the app as all apps are updated automatically at this point. The error still exists. I have been to a Winn-Dixie multiple times and have seen employees instruct customers to “just use the app” when it seems quite evident that customers are experiencing the same issues. For the lack of resolve and lack of awareness to complaint I’m downgrading my review to 1 star

I used this all the time until a couple months ago when app stopped working. Users can’t search products… When is update coming?

I the Winn- Dixie app on both my iPad and iPhone. I have no problem getting the weekly ads on the phone app, but I can’t get them on the iPad app. Kinda defeats the purpose.

I have had this app often on for years. Always have an issue with the search bar. It doesn’t work 90% of the time. When it does work, that’s great. Truth is, the app not working has influenced me to shop at Publix. Because at least I can plan my trip on the app before I get there.

No other grocery store app makes you sign in to see the ad. Can’t wait to see if Aldi fixes this. In the meantime I don’t open the app or go to the store.

The app is completely worthless when you can’t even utilize the most basic function. The search bar is not operational and has not work for me in months.
