Interest rates keep changing and decreasing App is terrible to navigate and definitely not built for common sense users .

Initially it was fantastic and response from their whatsapp was incredible. But when days passed , no response for simple request and it took more than a week. I regret choosing Wio and I don’t recommend it. Never for trading!! Bad bad bad and they never care for you ever after a month of taking this account.

Please implement Exporting of transactions to excel format. I know at least 5 people who doesn’t use Wio for day to day payments due to impossibility to export transactions in a month end

Team keeps promising to solve issues within 2-3 days but more than 3 months until now nothing happened

It’s the most inconvenient idea which you could invent - every login is awful as well as to see my card details. I need to type OTP 2 times ask go through additional Face ID. What’s the reason of it?

Wio’s online banking app is intuitive, fast, and reliable. Its clean design and helpful features make managing finances simple and hassle-free.

I can’t access virtual assets and the technical support team haven’t solved my issue since nov 23.2024 And no one updates me. All they do is say we will raise your issue. !!!
