Outdated after a month of use
Bought this, it has some problems i thought would be addressed, then a new wiper came out and i would have to pay again to have the problems addressed. Not happy.

• This is the legacy version of Wipr, intended only for users of older versions of iOS and macOS.
• Wipr 2 is now available, and it is strongly recommended for all users running at least iOS 17 or macOS 14 Sonoma. Search for “Wipr 2” in the App Store or find it in the “More by” section below!
Wipr blocks all ads, trackers, cryptocurrency miners, EU cookie and GDPR notices, and other annoyances, so you can focus on the content that matters to you.
It works in Safari and all apps that use Safari to display web pages.
• Time, Data, and Battery Saver
Web pages load a lot faster with Wipr, and much less needs to be downloaded. Your mobile devices will love this.
• Private
Wipr prevents countless trackers from invading your privacy. Wipr itself cannot, nor wants to, know what you do on the web.
• Fast
By using a new technology called Content Blocking Extensions, Wipr can do its job without slowing down Safari at all.
• Up-to-date
Wipr's blocklist is updated twice a week to keep up with the ever-changing web.
• Honest
No one can pay to unblock ads. There are no "acceptable ads". Wipr only answers to you.
• Global
Wipr will use an enhanced blocklist for Chinese, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hindi, Hungarian, Icelandic, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Polish, Romanian, Russian, Slovak, Spanish, Thai, and Vietnamese speakers.

You can set up Wipr in seconds, and it will update automatically in the background to block future annoyances. There is no configuration.

Works Great
Browsing the web increasingly feels like we’ve stepped back to the 00s with pop ups, except now they’ve supercharged them with video content. This extension seems to have got rid of all that, so peaceful again. There’s one particular site I have avoided because it’s so full of ad noise it’s unreadable. I tested this extension there and all ads are gone – remarkable. It’s funny how short the pages/articles are without all the clutter. Thank you
Simple and incredibly effective
Wipr is so simple to use and the most effective as blocker for Safari that I have used. It’s rare that an ad gets through and I can’t say I’ve ever had a web page break because of it. Thanks for making such a fab app!
Doesn't work
The ads are still there, doesn't block any of them. Waste of money

Best money I’ve spent in the App Store. The satisfaction of a clean web experience is unbeatable.
Doesn't work - AT ALL.
Still, it was cheap. So no issues there. But this app does NOT WORK, at all. Followed the guidelines to the letter: Nothing. No Ad Block - at all. Oh well...
Developer Doesn’t Respond
Have been using this Application for many years on iPhone and Mac without many issues. Have recently had a problem on both platforms which related to YouTube. I contacted the developer Kaylee ( the Application was passed to her ) I advised her of the recent issues, sent three emails but didn’t get any responses. After I reported the problem with the Application she did update Wipr to resolve the issue but still I received No response from my emails which I find is poor considering I pointed out the problem in the first instance.
Just works!
Blocks most annoyances even blocks ads on YouTube when run within Safari, for this feature alone it's worth the money… Keep up the good work Kaylee, many thanks!
