Does not work

Maybe 20% of the time the app will function letting me watch the cameras. The other 80%, they don’t connect. So I ask, what’s the point? The fact they haven’t fixed this with so many negative reviews blows my mind. For security matters, don’t do it. However, If you want to waste money and be frustrated then this is right up your alley.

It’s pretty basic but works fine for me. I can view the live feed and recordings of all 6 of my cameras on my phone and iPad. I have turned off push notifications for now because of all the false alerts, but that’s a limitation of the NVR and/or cameras. Hopefully that can be dialed in better.

The app is trash. ADT is trash. Protection 1 is trash. Do not give these people money. There are plenty of other better AND LESS EXPENSIVE options out there.

You guys need to update this system asap

Randomly stops working. Sometimes I can see my cameras, other times it doesn’t work at all. This app is one of the most poorly designed apps I have ever used. The ADT guy couldn’t figure out how to resolve the issue.

This system is the biggest waste of money!!! The app rarely works so you hardly get to see what’s going on with your cameras. Absolutely useless!!

I paid A LOT of money for my system and this app is HORRIBLE! Half of the time you can’t even view footage or livestream! Do not recommend!!

Spent thousands through ADT and this just does not work. Not worthy of one star. I get the same unplugged icon as the previous poster. What is the problem Wisenet? Fix it please!!!

Cannot get it to load my cameras hardly ever. No point in having it.
