ADT installed this on our property. The app was working fine for the first month and then stopped. At first it would take forever to load and then as of three weeks ago it stopped loading completely and I cannot see the video feed from my phone. Completely awful and do not recommend

If you’re reading this while the tech is setting up your system and downloading the app, STOP. CANCEL EVERYTHING. Get whatever you can back. This system is TERRIBLE! ADT will fix my system, 8 months old, and Hanwha will not answer the phone or if they do will tell you to contact ADT and it’s not their problem. I seriously regret using this system with my camera set up. Several thousand dollars down the drain when I’m lucky to access my cameras once a week, if that. I try multiple times a day when I know I have people at the house whether it’s the dog walker or yard guys but, as I said, I can never get the cameras to load in the app. I can see this is not a new issue from all of the previous comments. PLEASE FIX THIS

It does work….every once in a while. No clue why my ADT guy set this app up with my security system. It seems like a Chinese app and it behaves like a garbage Chinese app.

ADT installed cameras but linked to this app which only has worked on occasions on and off and now completely off! It depicts the purpose of a security camera system that I can’t access. I’ve continuously have to link it back by deleting it then connecting a HDMI cable to the modem to a tv to get it running only to stop work a day or two later! Completely inefficient.

We recently have had a Hanwah surveillance solutions installed on 3 school sites. I was asked to get the iPad software installed. I installed wisenet mobile on two test iPads. One iPad I was able to connect two of the three school sites. Now I am receiving the “unable to connect to the network” error on the last NVR, and was unable to connect any sites/nvrs on the 2nd iPad. However my iPads are fully connected, and i validated by ensuring they can’t reach other resources. Tried to find support, but their support site for this app doesn’t include the USA.

ADT installed CCTV cameras for my house and the live feed never loads. Wisenet is a useless software and not sure why ADT continue to use their systems. Spent $3k for the installation and made a big mistake.

This app is totally ridiculous, i can’t view my camera footage at all on my phone.

I have had why is that for over a year and very rarely am I able to get the app to connect to my cameras. I’ve gone through a year of troubleshooting with no resolution. When it was working, it’s not very user-friendly and you have to drill down several times before you even get to all your camera views.

This system works periodically sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t but it always seems of malfunction when I really need it at night when the dogs are barking

I spent a few thousand on a ADT NVR system only for this app to work for 30 minutes.
