Fast and professional

I didn’t enjoy this car. I paid 26 kd. To have luxury New model Bentley Sedan. It’s a treat for my guest coming from abroad. Only to find out I was sent 4 years old Bentayga, and it smells old inside not nice smell at all. The car looks old. I asked the driver where is the new sedan Bentley, he told me this better for the bag. We had only one bag. What made him assume we need a bus for the luggage. Wiyak which is owned by Automak company. I am not surprise of this service once I realised they are owned by Automak. Bad reputation can bring business down.

They accused me of keeping the driver waiting for over 10 mins while the driver didnt even wait for 5 seconds and they over charged me 3 Kd

I talked to the assistance for a refund that I boaught missunderstood they told me 2 days its been 1 week and I cant see nothing

Its a scam if im being honest, the app is great but everything else is horrible especially the people who are in on it, after every ride they will charge you extra money and its not even a little amount either For example lets say you paid 3.5kd for a ride afterwards you are charged 1.5-2.5kd extra on top of what you already paid for, and the drivers themselves might seem legit and professional but thats far from the truth because they use dirty tricks to get more money out of you, like for example they will lie about they location and time of arrival so you pick them , lets say that the app says they will arrive in 3 minutes when in reality its 30 because the drivers are not anywhere close to you, and btw that has no penalty to it so they can take as long as they want before arriving at your location, its a disgrace and a money-grab
