Don't count on the app about the prices and arrival time, they are very mostly to be not correct. (almost every time there are delays and many times the prices way more the “est” price). also from my experience the customer service not good enough. I’m definitely deleting the app. لا تعتمد على البرنامج من ناحية وقت الوصول والاسعار لان راح يوهقك ودايما في تاخير بوقت الوصول يعطيك مثلا ربع ساعه وتصير نص ساعه بعد ما تنطر يعني مواعيد سيئه. وبالنسبه للسعر على كيفهم يزيدون وقياسهم للسعر شنو قوقل ماب يحدد الوقت المستغرق اذا الشارع فاضي وياخذون اقل وقت(اذا قوقل قال ١٢-١٨ دقيقه يحسبونها ١٢) يعني اذا تبي تستخدمه استخدمه بليل بعد ١٢ عشان يمممكن توصل بالوقت قبل مايحسب عليك مبلغ اضافي والسواقين والله يلعبون عادي يقبل وفجاه يرفض وعادي يقبل ويقولك انطر بروح مشوار وبعدين امرك وخدمة العملاء اخذ بس كلام وللاسف هذا اقصى شي يقدمونه لان مو مهم رضاء العميل.

It keeps on crashing and glitching. Also the drivers take the long way so you end up paying more. So disappointed

- App crashes immediately after making the booking - cannot verify/confirm booking because - you guessed it - app keeps crashing before it loads! - no notification of booking via email/sms/WhatsApp - had to contact call center to make sure booking is made and car is on its way. Good luck getting a response after midnight! - only email received was for old booking after I rated the driver 🤦🏻‍♂️ I will definitely delete this pathetic app!

احتسب على الرحلة مبلغ اضافي وعند تقديم شكوى كان التعامل سيء وبدون اهتمام اول واخر مرة استخدم البرنامج

Fast and professional

I didn’t enjoy this car. I paid 26 kd. To have luxury New model Bentley Sedan. It’s a treat for my guest coming from abroad. Only to find out I was sent 4 years old Bentayga, and it smells old inside not nice smell at all. The car looks old. I asked the driver where is the new sedan Bentley, he told me this better for the bag. We had only one bag. What made him assume we need a bus for the luggage. Wiyak which is owned by Automak company. I am not surprise of this service once I realised they are owned by Automak. Bad reputation can bring business down.
