Once you book the cab you get calls from customer care asking for extra money even when they have hiked the price when the route is redirected due to bad weather yet they ask extra i.e 30% more than the original price which they fail to mention on the app whilst booking and suddenly they ask for extra money on call. And if we decline to pay the amount that they have asked they tell you to cancel via app upon which we have to bear the cancellation fee of 200rs. Due to the monopoly in the market they are taking undue advantage of the passengers who have no other alternative and in the end the passengers have to bear the loss whether the paying 2100 for a single seat for 200 cancellation fee.

Worst service ever. High prices for cab on top of that they ask extra fare. Cancellation changer too high if you don't pay them the extra fare.

Horrible experience. The driver asks for money in the middle of the road. Then he refused to drive if we didn’t give him the amount he asked for. Wizzride is very unprofessional they tell their drivers to ask money to the passengers. It was better if I had taken the shared taxi from the taxi stand atleast I would have saved myself from the harassment from the driver.

I had to cancel my ticket from Gangtok to Siliguri, 12 hours before the journey. I didn’t get any refund. Apart from that I have never faced a problem with the app..
