My app isn t oppening. I just get a white screen. What should i do?
This application is quite useful, and its interface is friendly. I highly recommend it!
Very nice
The app crashes whenever I try to login with email. Any solutions?
when trying to log into the app, the second I tap on "sign in with email" the app crashes. I can't log in at all. Please fix the issue ASAP. Or bring previous version! It’s been a week that I couldn’t log in. I updated to new version which is released 9h ago, this problem hasn’t fixed yet on iPhone 15, latest iOS update.
We always hear that perfection never exists But I like to believe for anyone learning english this app is the true form of english learning perfection!
They removed the learn now feature. Now you can’t learn new words as you choose - instead the app decides which words you learn in their order. They used to let you do both. I subscribed for that feature. Now they removed it. Makes no sense that we cannot decide what we want to learn. Tragically, this app does not work anymore. Will unsubscribe after my current subscription. Update after the developer’s response - still does NOT make sense you removed a pre-existed feature and refused to restore it when so many users are asking for it. Check the recent reviews. You said you guys are trying to come up with a new feature that caters to each user’s learning trajectory, wouldn’t it be much better and reasonable for us to decide what we want to learn instead of letting the app to do it? Plus, the app is already deciding what we can learn so this new feature honestly just sounds like a duplication of somewhat the same thing. This app used to be really good but the more they update it the worse it becomes. If you look at the reviews, they used to be so good now they are all talking about similar things. Full of bugs, essential features removal, etc.. And even with so many users asking, they refuse to listen. App developing and software engineering need to seriously work on this. Update: they restored the learn now feature in the newest update. Please don’t remove it again.
This update has full of problems
The concept of this app is great, but the technical implementation needs serious attention. Every update introduces new bugs. When reviewing learning words, they appear twice in one day, regardless of setting the review period to three months. If you change the period to six months, the word still appears the next day. This is very frustrating. If the developers want users to subscribe, they need to ensure the app works properly and fix these major issues. They should thoroughly test the app before each version release.
