Great app,please fix the problem
I have used this app about a week ,it’s fancy and helpful, but this afternoon when I tried to use it , it didn’t run and stuck on the start screen.Please fix it, thank you!

App is not working properly
I can open the app at the beginning of the day, but it’s not opening when i finish my daily words. It gets stuck at the ‘loading your progress’ screen. And it started to happen after the new version.

Hi, I took a yearly premium subscription however I can’t provide benefit premium membership features. The app keeps prompting me to purchase a premium account but I already have a premium at the end of 2025

I emailed them, but they didn't respond. I paid, but I still couldn't access the Pro Mode. They are not helpful at all in this matter.
