simple and does exactly what you want it to. works offline, has no ads, subscriptions, or bloat. exactly what the world needs more of in app development.

I love it. No more online game ads to distract my son when he studies.

Fabulous app. Developer is professional enough to show both the correct English spelling and it’s deviations depending on which part of the English speaking world you’re living in.

This app is perfect for a quick offline reference for meaning, pronunciation, spelling (US and UK) and particularly for crossword help in its missing letters search function BUT: I noticed that “queer” is only defined in negatively loaded terms and does not include contemporary use off the word. That sorely needs an update.

this app does the job of a phone dictionary exactly as you’d want. It’s incredibly fast, reliable, simple and intuitive, ad free and works offline like a charm. Can’t praise it enough! - The devs should be very proud

I have a 1000 word essay to do. I thought it was due in 2 weeks, but it was actually due in 2 days. Luckily, thanks to this amazing app! I could use extra complicated words! And guess what! I got a B+!

Very useful to improve vocab however having pronounciation would add greater value

I actually use this app just about every day. I just saw that it hadn’t had many people leaving a rating or a review so I thought I’d leave one. I have tried other dictionary apps in the past but ended up deleting them because I found this one to be the best of the ones I tried. For this reason, I’ve never tried to find a better one because it helps me with 99% of my queries.
