WorkFlowy: Note, List, Outline

WorkFlowy is the indispensable product. The app is a fantastic complement to the desktop product, which is how I manage not only my tasks and my Calendar, but my entire life. It’s a tool for contemplation as well as a tool for remembering to pick up dog food. Get it. You can thank me later.

I don’t use it as my main method but when i need to structure an argument, a presentation or an email I always use it because it helps build a simple viewable hierarchy of things.

I use workflowy every day - on my phone, my iPad, my computer at work... Syncs beautifully. Great for to do lists, notes, and notes about things to do. Workflowy is a very simple concept but has a lot of power and flexibility - it has made me a more organised person. Check out the reviews on Lifehacker etc for details.

Fantastic streamlined and simple app for todo lists, notes, tasks, project management, organisation. Can’t fault it. Fantastic syncing between iOS and desktop.

Perfect way of keeping track of all your thoughts, ideas, quotes, todos, it's honestly brilliant Only feedback would be to add the smooth transitions like the web - jumping straight from list item > zoomed up isn't as fun and doesn't feel as fluid

I LOVE Workflowy on the desktop and I am a paid user and I use it a LOT. It is so useful and versatile. However the iOS apps are very poorly designed. They are clunky and hard to use and I really wish some time was spent on the UI. You accidentally drag lines instead of dragging the cursor. The UI is too tightly spaced and claustrophobic. When you scroll up to see the saved/saving button and go to hit it the indent/complete toolbar often pops over top and you end up completing an item instead of saving it. Very frustrating. The +/- buttons are too tiny and should be on the left not right really, mirroring the desktop UI. Please please do a redesign!

I have been looking for a system which supports the way I think and do things. This app is everything I hoped for and more.

I also use workflowy on my laptop, and being able to keep track of all my to do lists and notes on what I am working on on the go is fantastic. Would highly recommend.

The app description doesn't mention that a login is required otherwise you can't get beyond the initial login screen. Instant delete without trying.
