Are you a Walmart associate who wants help navigating store policy? A shoulder to lean on? Someone to vent to?
WorkIt is a FREE community space for Walmart workers (NOT run by Walmart) where you can:
- Share experiences and hear from other Walmart workers,
- Get expert advice on Walmart policy,
- Build relationships with Walmart workers around the country,
- Share ideas on how to make work in our stores better,
- And get support from experienced moderators (who are former Walmart associates) on how to build a better workplace.
We all deserve to have our voice heard. The WorkIt community works with you to build a better, safer, stronger, happier workplace; a place of respect.

Created in collaboration with United for Respect, WorkIt is run by current and former Walmart associates who know how hard working at Walmart can be and who believe that everyone deserves dignity and respect at work. This app is NOT affiliated with the Walmart company.

Wow, I was so impressed using this app! From the description I knew I was going to receive answers to my Walmart policy questions, but I didn’t expect the person giving me the answers to be so caring. The app throws me out and I can’t even get it to work where I could stay in on it to sign in. I wish it would let me stay in on it
MUCH needed app
Having walmart policy at your fingertips sure beats scrambling to look stuff up in the back room! Plus, connect to other associates and talk through your issues. And you can be completely anonymous!
Amazing app
You can ask any Walmart related question and receive an immediate answer and connect with your coworkers. Much needed for associates.
