Claim submission app failure
I go thru the process of trying to file a claim: 1. When you exit the app and go back in, the information disappears. It doesn’t save the information. 2. When filing a claim and going thru the submitted process it does not let you actually submit the claim. Says “internet connection cannot be found”. This is false and untrue as the internet connection is working fine on multiple mobile devices I used to try to submit the application. If there is a photo limit, put that on the within the application. Can’t submit a claim at all thru the application.
