It's just sadness. How does this program work? Who knows? Who is it for? Did the developer use this program? Horror!! I can't understand anything, I can't replenish my account for two days. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

After trying to rent a bike I went into the trouble with lock. After spending 10min, I call to support and they said they bike has broken lock. So they will discard my reservation. Nearly was another bike. I came to rend him, but without success - application said that I have to have at least 10PLN on account. But on My Profile I see that I have money. The system is not tested properly and has difficulty to understand experience.

Trzeba klikać sto razy żeby wypożyczyć rower, nauczcie się od nextbike jak to zrobić lepiej.

Najgorsza aplikacja jaka mogła powstać. Człowiek doładowuje konto po czym nie może odblokować roweru bo konto jest zablokowane. Absurd

Jak bardzo trzeba być nieudolnym w swoim zawodzie, żeby stworzyć tak śmieciową aplikację?

The app works. It ACTUALLY works. The new UI does it’s job without being over complicated. Time between downloading the app, logging in, topping up 10PLN and riding was >5 minutes. Stopped the fare without problems. My rental history shows everything including where I started and where I parked the bike. This is the easiest it’s ever been to use the app. Congratulations to the dev team. The app is a success

I left my bike under the store to go buy water and got a fine for no reason. "Very good application." It's better to be on your feet than to use this app.
