Najgorszy serwis z mozliwych. Konto nieaktywne dopóki nie uzupełni się danych peselem (powodzenia dla zagranicznych turystów). Nie można tego zrobić w aplikacji (nawet po podaniu adresu i pełnych danych), trzeba się skontaktować z centralą telefoniczną. Tam się dowiemy że trzeba uzupełnić PESEL na stronie internetowej, na którą nie da się zalogować. Żałosna aplikacja i process wypożyczania.

As a tourist visiting Wrocław I was pleased to see so many bikes available all the time so I downloaded the app and from almost the beginning there were bugs galore. It only recognised my telephone number as British if I chose the language to be English. I had to call the centre to sort this out. Payment required top ups (understandable) but this meant reinputting card details from scratch each time. Then as a Revolut user I had to verify these top ups before going back to the bike app. When I finally was set up I could not hire the bike as it was in an area “with no internet”... no wonder there were 20 bikes parked up on the racks! To cap it all, I was then fined when I momentarily locked the bike to take some photographs as it was not next to a normal designated area where bikes should be left. The bicycles brakes are simply awful and so I question why 7 gears are allowed... in an emergency you will struggle to stop in time. If you are short on time you will probably find it less frustrating to use the electric scooters which are fun but horribly dangerous. Someone needs to get their act together at this company to create a smoother process and improve efficiency as there are many hidden gems of Wroclaw to explore.

Najgorsza aplikacja jaka mogła powstać. Człowiek doładowuje konto po czym nie może odblokować roweru bo konto jest zablokowane. Absurd

Jak bardzo trzeba być nieudolnym w swoim zawodzie, żeby stworzyć tak śmieciową aplikację?

The app works. It ACTUALLY works. The new UI does it’s job without being over complicated. Time between downloading the app, logging in, topping up 10PLN and riding was >5 minutes. Stopped the fare without problems. My rental history shows everything including where I started and where I parked the bike. This is the easiest it’s ever been to use the app. Congratulations to the dev team. The app is a success

I left my bike under the store to go buy water and got a fine for no reason. "Very good application." It's better to be on your feet than to use this app.

Z wypożyczeniem roweru od początku same problemy. W końcu po wypożyczeniu i przejechaniu trasy niespodziewanie zostały naliczone dodatkowe opłaty a na koncie powstał debet, który oczywiście Dział Windykacji żąda jak najszybszej spłaty. Chce spłacić dlug o wysokości 1 PLN muszę doładować konto za min 10 zł lub podpiąć kartę (czego w życiu nie zrobię, bo aplikacja pewnie za samą myśl o wypożyczeniu roweru nalicza opłaty). Nie polecam doświadczeń ani z wątpliwej jakości rowerami, ani z aplikacja, chyba, że ktoś lubi mieć zszargane nerwy.
