No updates and no one is working to fix the issues with this app connecting with the doorbell camera, this app is as fake as the door bell they sent me.

I connected this device a few months ago and it worked. Then new roommates moved in and kept swiping the device from its outside location next to the front door. Finally I got the device back but when I tried to connect the doorbell cam with the network it failed to bind. Here’s what happened in attempt to rebind: Successfully connected doorbell cam to smart device with Bluetooth. Next prompt add device. Then the app connects with device Bluetooth and says “Bluetooth connected” at about 30% and says “network connected” and hovers at 90% for about 30 seconds and the says “binding failed, please rebind.” A device this small should not be so difficult to connect and use. Very disappointing.

The site won’t load the app keeps saying log in failed I don’t have a code. Tried through apple still says login failed

As a doorbell is ok but no choice of volume nor type of ring. As a camera low quality image and only works if someone rings the bell. Surely needs to have option to look anytime . Hopefully developers can add the feature it’s simple enough to do. Could be better but for now is just not that good .

Even though the box says auto capture there is no feature in the app. The only thing it’s missing is the live feed than it would be a great product

The camera compatible with this app wasn’t expensive and the app itself is free which I deeply appreciate. I haven’t had barely any issues except not always being able to connect to live feed. That’s the only irritating thing thus far. My wifi is perfect so that’s not the problem it’s the app or possibly the device not entirely sure but overall pretty great app, thank you!

I agree with the reviewer that it would be nice to be able to see what’s going on 24 7 just waiting for someone to ring the doorbell is not enough. I thought I would be able to look at the camera view 24-7. There is A monthly charge I will just have to see how it does.

This is one of the worse purchases I have made when considering a doorbell camera this not it!! …I definitely wouldn’t recommend… I connected the device & it was working for about 20mins then stopped completely only the doorbell works not the camera, video or speaker…when I tried resetting & reconnecting it says connect customer service 🤦🏾‍♀️how is that possible? I’m over it

The camera is great but the app need some work I can’t login and I can not connect my camera again when it got knocked offline.when that get fixed the app maybe better
