Binding Failed!!!

Either the device is a piece of junk, or the app does not work. I kept getting BINDING FAILED, and told me to contact customer services, except never gave me the contact info . Piece of junk!

Awesome

Worked well for me, incredible for the price. Super cool how it takes a picture or two of who rang. I’m surprised how well the night vision works, no noise at all. Maybe it just depends on your internet and how well it’s connected or your device. Almost didn’t download because of that other review on here but glad I did.

No verification code

Working for few days, then have to reset, but never get the verification code. Could not sign in. Garbage app!

Terrible

Quality is terrible. Grainy picture couldn’t even recognize myself.

Fake app doesn’t connect with doorbell

No updates and no one is working to fix the issues with this app connecting with the doorbell camera, this app is as fake as the door bell they sent me.

Not pairing with remote ringer

I connected this device a few months ago and it worked. Then new roommates moved in and kept swiping the device from its outside location next to the front door. Finally I got the device back but when I tried to connect the doorbell cam with the network it failed to bind. Here’s what happened in attempt to rebind: Successfully connected doorbell cam to smart device with Bluetooth. Next prompt add device. Then the app connects with device Bluetooth and says “Bluetooth connected” at about 30% and says “network connected” and hovers at 90% for about 30 seconds and the says “binding failed, please rebind.” A device this small should not be so difficult to connect and use. Very disappointing.

Not working

The site won’t load the app keeps saying log in failed I don’t have a code. Tried through apple still says login failed

a doorbell with bad camera features

As a doorbell is ok but no choice of volume nor type of ring. As a camera low quality image and only works if someone rings the bell. Surely needs to have option to look anytime . Hopefully developers can add the feature it’s simple enough to do. Could be better but for now is just not that good .
