This card had protected me for so many issues against fraud, unauthorized use, people having my card information etc. Greatest choice we ever made!!

Non existent customer service. Routinely holds payments for weeks at a time while saying “their engineers are looking into it”… all the while the money has been deducted from your bank. Avoid. Avoid AVOID!!!!!!!!! If not that it will hurt my credit id absolutely love to close this account; THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I’ve had bad but this is actually embarrassing.

Their support is worthless. It’s all good until u need to talk to someone. Be careful they won’t help you even with lost or fraud.

How do you run a credit card company with only part-time customer service? Second time I have traveled and had the card shut off. Since they don’t seem to operate 24 seven like other legitimate card companies, you cannot have the card turned back on until they get around to it. Will be closing card, don’t bother using, terrible choice.

I’ve been a card holder since shortly before they left ‘beta’. I’ve really never had an issue. I’ve had to contact support a few times for questions regarding promos or my account, and they have been helpful and decent. Having the text chat is super nice as it is fast. I have not had any issues with credit limits or billing after the sell to Robinhood either. I’m not the biggest fan of how they monetize the product now. For example, you have to pay monthly to have an auth user with access to the app and credit reporting… otherwise they only get a card This isn’t really BAD, as it is on par with the norm, but it feels bad since you expect those things. Overall, good financial product and I’ve enjoyed the metal card 😏

Was such a good card until they sold it to Robinhood… such a disappointment now

They do not care about you at all. Do not use this card. Card was approved with a high limit of $32,500 and stay unused for two years. Started using it over the last 6-8 months and I thought it was great. Bonuses, the app is clean, decent points, quick updates, etc. Out of the blue, they email me and say we’ve reduced your credit limit to $5k because you’re not utilizing your full line. 85% reduction because I’m not maxing out my card each month? Since when do you need to or it’s a good idea to max out your card each month? Spoke to several people at customer service all of who refuse to do anything or make any adjustments. No meeting half way. No changes. Nothing. Clearly a $32k reduction in available credit will harm anyone’s credit and they don’t care at all. Never do business with this company, unless you like surprise adverse effects on your credit history. Not worth the headache. Customer service is nonexistent, they couldn’t care less about you. DO NOT USE THIS CARD.
