Customizing screen time on the APP

Previous version worked smoothly although it was basic, but had all the necessary settings to manage what is needed. I actually try and avoid using it now as it is a pain.

Xbox just can’t get it right, can they? They have a GamePass, Xbox and now ‘Family’ app. What’s next? An app for each controller button to make sure the FTC doesn’t come for them? Why not put all of this in ONE app? This is just yet another pointless app to cover themselves legally when toxic players send graphic, racist and homophobic messages so that they can say you should take responsibility for when you and your kids get harassed online - on their platform…

At first the app worked like a dream but recently it’s not. It’s very slow and sometimes won’t let us add screen time after numerous attempts

Not working correctly says he used one hour when he hadn’t used it at all

The PayPal payment method is broken, the app is full of bugs. The add money feature interface is ridiculous. It's not possible to lock any device.

Everything is so confusing. Why do i need 5 different apps to do 1 thing?!

We have tried resetting everything and the settings still do not work.

This app is a very bad app for parents it doesn’t work most of the time and now I weigh 367 pounds in 1 year I recommend another app and the moderators should take it down and jump…..

So hard to use; frustrating to use as a parent. Loading gift cards and approving purchases is almost impossible. I hate the Xbox now and want to get rid if it. Something that should be so easy and simple to do is overly complicated and frustrating. My advice, don’t ever get an Xbox for your kids.
