XO - Book a Private Jet

Used to be a great way to get a price idea for a private charter. Now they make you call them to get a price instead of completing it in the app, making the app pointless. Now I use Yond to get price quotes which is much more clunky than the old XO app but at least I can get the info I need without having to call someone.

They do not honor contracts . Buyer beware!!!

We had a flight where the plane never arrived. Customer service told us the plane was there. They did nothing for us. Basically they made us wait another day to fly out. Private flying this expensive should have a lot better customer service

There is no way in the app to turn off marketing push notifications so prepare yourself to be inundated with ads. Turning off push notifications all together is also a non-starter since you need them to snag a seat on a flight. i’ve even attempted to contact the company about this issue but received no response.

They aren’t what they appear. They will nail you with membership fees and extract the money you put in. Total lack of customer support, billing and contract transparency!

Better more reputable companies do your research. Wouldn’t risk flying XO not worth it. And they are double the price than other shared chargers

This is extremely convenient when you need to get to a place quickly but the app is extremely difficult to navigate. You select departure and destination airports and you get a bunch of prices on a bunch of days. When you select one both the destination and departure airports are completely different, sometimes 50 miles from your originally selected airport . I wish they would stop that.
