Always session log out! Super duper stupid developer! System lousy but force user to perform this and that! What kind of stupid app!!! Force to verify email, but request many many times also won’t get the verification email from this stupid app! PLEASE DONT FORCE USER TO VERIFY IF YOU ARE NOT READY! The worst app ever!

if it wasnt the i like the xox prepaid/postpaid, i would change to other brand already. App was buggy mess, improve stability first!

Tried to change email but it wont stop saying service is temporary unavailable plus the app is not user friendly at all, it is so random and laggy. Not recommended.

I forgot my password to log in to this app and i try to reset my password but I couldn’t because is not working actually. PLEASE PLEASE DO SOMETHING TO MAKE IT WORK AS USUAL 🙏🙏🙏.

App terlalu serabut,terlalu banyak plan yang serabut,nak topup data pun tak tau yang mana 1..buat yang simple je udah la,nak kena masuk sana nk kena masuk sini..yang buat app ni pikir tekak sendiri,ini gagal

I bought the Wawa package from XOX for RM28, which included 18GB of data. It was burned through in just one day. I'm canceling it immediately. XOX is terrible. The person who has their mind in their feet invented the "Wawa Package Unsubscribe" button, which burned my data, is very foolish. Give me back RM18 or 18GB. If it's not returned, I will complain to MCMC. XOX is cheating money, I won't use XOX again. Furthermore, your XOX Black app is very poor. Sometimes it doesn't work, the packages are unclear, and it's essentially misleading consumers. I will also consider filing a complaint with the Consumer Association.
