Very difficult to register eSIM and the app asked too many sensitive questions

This is the worse of the worse, do not get cheated by this app. Cnt even top up and the app always have issues.

Worst app ever, I regret buying this Sim card, you are losing another customer forever. Simple thing also cannot do properly, are you a bunch of amateurs?

Whoever wrote this application, just fire them already. Can’t even load XOX mobile module to check my balance and etc.

Do you notice the Account Management is not accessible most of the time ? It shows useless advertisement all the time, and its like winning lottery to have the Account Management part to shown. Kindly look into this bug please.

What you want to do ? you make this app to let people get angry? Bad signal,bad websites, everything is a poop

Please support transfer of eSIM directly in the app.

App keeps crashing when going to mobile detail platform Customer support is close to nil Not helpful

App keep crashing while navigating and currently not able access to usage page.

I was scanning my face to setup for esim, failed thousand times and decided to give up. This is the way you guys will lose the customers.
