XProtect® Mobile

I have the Milestone system setup with Active Directory. Domain users can connect using the Smart Connect Windows app without issue from any Domain computer and account. This app cannot connect to the Mobile Server no matter how you format the login info, server IP or server name. I would guess this app uses the Milestone web interface since the web interface doesn’t work either.

With the IOS 12.4.1 is still work but since the last IOS update...doesn't work anymore. This apps is so usefull. Hope that it will be upgraded.

My iPad auto updated to new version of milestone mobile app and now crashes My iPhone has not updated as I have it set to ask first it’s still working, my wife’s phone has updated to new version and she now can’t view the cameras. How can we revert to older version until it’s fixed and How long will it take to fix this?

Since last day update my app just keeps crashing! Please fix :O

Crashes constantly and instantly after the update rendering the app useless. It displays the splash screen says connecting the crashes. Great job on testing guys.

Always issues connecting my system with this app. Not what I paid for and I don’t think others should spend money on this app for security cameras.

Our users find the smartphone and iPad client usage to be terrific. The snapshot feature alone in invaluable.

Please update the application to support native iPhone screen sizes. Right now the ui is rendered on iPhone 6,7,8 Plus sizes zoomed in Just doesn’t look professional. Thank you!

The name & icon don't represent what this does, even though I keep searching for it. Use a camera with a decent name so I can find it on my phone.
