After the last update the ‘Call in’ is missing to get notified when someone is ringing. So you get a notification, but there is no sound so you miss it! Very bad, please add the ‘Call in’ again to get notified in next update since now the doorbell is useless!!!!

At start it worked perfectly! After the first recharge of the batteries there is no more ringtone on my iPhone. Also the device settings are not complete because there is no menu to change the volume.

No ring like before only one notification... I lazy of this product

Het werkte goed tot een paar weken geleden. Ik krijg wel nog Puch berichten, maar geen beltoon meer op mijn IPhone. Op de IPad werkt alles nog wel. Gelieve dus terug een update te doen!

When comes the update for IOS ?So sad that with IOS in setting pushmode no Calling in can be selected ! Only a small notification comes in when someone rings. Most of the time you didn’t notice that someone rang . Can you settle it please ?

App is fine but no notifications on IPhone when someone rings the bell.

Still doesn’t work with your last update !!! Now I can’t add the ring in the app. Fortunately my husband did it with his Samsung phone, I could add it thanks to him but I have no notification sound when someone rings, no push notification, no sound when moves.... the ring is unusable for me with my iphone. What do you do @guichangli ? Soon there will be IOS 14. Please do something 😡 no choice I must make a star or else 0
