Sometimes works, and sometimes it doesn’t. Not working today. Tried turning phone off and on, and still no joy. Very annoying as the Better leisure centre car parks make us use this app to access the membership rate. When app fails, the full rip-off fee has to be paid, with no option for reimbursement.

Wasn’t very good when it worked, not easy to use and slow. However completely stopped working now for several months.

It simply doesn't work, you can't sign up

After downloading the app, won’t able to login. Keeps showing connection issues. I am sure my network was fine because the app was downloaded quickly in the 5G network. Just stuck at loading the app. I was rushing to the appointment. I had to get back to car to find some coins. Terrible experience.

I’m very disappointed as it’s been over one month I’m checking if the app is working, better gym is doing nothing about it and I haven’t been gym for one whole month , it’s very sad as something needs to be done 😞

Crash all times! I got a ticket because this horrible app isn’t working! I really do not understand why this app exist. I think will be cheap for Car park management

I have to use this for parking at my Gym. Worked ok all last year. Now Original account couldn’t connect to server. Made a 2nd, worked for a while now the same. Absolutely horrible app. Even trying to make a 3rd account now and cannot connect to server. Terrible service.

This has stopped working - won't allow login or continue as guest - server error - sort it out as nowhere to report a problem

I’ve been fined several times despite having paid on the app, and the money having been debited from my account. That’s even if I can get the app to work. Most of the time I get the “loading” wheel of death. Useless.

I wish I could give it 0 stars keeps crashing I got a parking ticket because of it even though I paid for parking
