HORRIBLE APP!!! Doesn’t even load and when it eventually does if you click history it crashes and shuts down. You can’t even tell if your payment went through or not. Even if it has it won’t notify you. Useless design and terrible functions in app. Why can’t you just dumb this and use PayByPhone or JustPark etc!!!

It only lets you pay for parking if you sign up, however whenever I try to do that it fails to authenticate, rendering the app completely useless. Total garbage, if a business requires you to use this, don’t give them your money.

Every update I’ve had to log in again and each time it dosnt recognise my email password. Try resetting and get error code saying ‘failed to authenticate’ try setting up another account and just says already registered. Absolute rubbish!

Use this to pay for hospital parking but have no idea, via the app, whether this worked or not. Could see money had been taken from my account so I assume my parking has been paid for. When you’re using this to go to hospital, it’s not helpful when it’s so inefficient and doesn’t tell you anything, it also crashes every time I try to see my current parking status.

Do not bother downloading - I spent 30 mins trying to create an account to pay for parking and it does not work

The app crashes everytime you try to check your active parking. No matter the OS, update, if you turn on and off and if you log out and in. It’s a horrible piece of SW that should be banned from this store

I’ve had a parking ticket because of this app. Last 3 weeks the car park hasn’t shown up.

It to work, but now it doesn’t recognise my email address. Hopeless.

I’m not one for leaving reviews but this app consistently offers such a thoroughly awful experience that I thought I make the time to write one. It’s just so painfully difficult to actually use it to park that I’m astonished and left hot every time I have to use it. Search for the location you’d like to park at? Nothing happens. Browse the map for the location and tap the place you’d like to park at? Nothing happens. Tap the list section near the search bar and pray that it finds a place nearby for you to park? Literally a blank screen. You can’t even go back through historic parking sessions and tap: park again. I don’t understand why it’s just so awful? It just doesn’t work at all and one the rare, rare occasion that it does; you’re never really sure that the session is legit. Just complete rubbish from end to end.
