Run away from unprofessional false bankers, their product hasn't evolved in more than 2 years. Very poor service

If you’re money is blocked in this account you can’t get it. Im the example ❌

Almost one month I can’t login to my account and when you talk to the agent by WhatsApp they have the same answer our technician team is working on it if there’s any responsible from yap reading my comment please let me have the fear answer

It is worst bank application don’t put funds it here because there are not updating it all so if you have any funds in the app and there is some issue in the app you can’t withdraw the funds all of it will be lost… I’ve faced this issue even customer service will say we are fixing this but it is never been fixed

Very bad app, whenever you need money, their services will down and your money will stuck ,,, I am always telling myself that i will never use this app again ,,,, Again same things happened, first i transferred funds to my Yap account, i received sms from yap thats its credited to my account while it was not showing in my account,, Later their system completely down and not able to open my yap account,, so money stuck ,,, This is the last time i am using this

I am a student and my money is stuck in the account. I called them multiple times to check in as to why I cant access the bank account, they said they needed updated documents. I provided them all the documents while staying on call with them, every caller had a different story and excuse. They still have my money in the account and their system requires “attested documents” ??? like what the hell. I have proof of all the documents being provided but still they found an excuse to keep my money.

It’s the worst app I ever downloaded . I registered for account and after two days it shows the same number in the queue .

Improved responsiveness and addressing technical issues promptly could enhance user satisfaction. 🔥 I aggressively not recommending this app. 💥 I am user but for opening account it took 8 months, then updating ID had been 8 months but costumer support we are still in communication with backend bank.

The worst experience, app, and service I have ever experienced. This app should be shut down immediately. I have been trying to reach someone through all their channels, and no one is answering. Absolutely ridiculous. This is fraud
