The app used to work a charm, now it is just add after add and takes forever to actually get the the footage.

This app has become a joke. First the memory card access was taken away. Lately you have to watch adverts that cannot be skipped when opening the app. Please people, this is for security cameras. Wasting time with advertisements put others in danger.

I’m getting rid of my cameras because of this app. The worst I’ve had in my lifetime. Littered with adverts, so many glitches, cloud services are not reliable, most videos are corrupted, language issues …

I bought other devices and the only criteria I looked at when buying them was that they run of another app and not this useless one. You want to go check a camera, wait for the ad to finish when you open the app. And then hope that the camera is not offline. It is the worst app ever

Thanks for the 30 to 60 second ads that I have to skip several times before actually skipping. It came in handy when I had to immediately check the camera to see why my house alarm went off.

Tried registering using email as I stay in South Africa but the app doesn’t accept my choice of password even though it’s more that 6 characters including upper cases , lower cases and numbers.. I can register

I paid for this hardware, but I am forced to watch advertisements before I can access my camera. Then I am redirected to subscription pages, still not able to see my camera. If you bought this hardware, send it back and don’t download the app
