Teslimat süresi geçildiği halde müşteri temsilcisine bağlanamadım. Uygulamadan vaadedilen gibi canlı müşteri temsilcisi ile irtibat kurulmuyor. Siparişimi iptal edemediğim için soğuk soğuk yemek zorunda kaldım. Kapıda ödeme seçmiş olsaydım kesinlikle almayacaktım. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
Ben ekstra malzeme için tam 113 TL fazladan para ödemişim ama hiçbiri siparişte gelmemiş sonra sizin müşteri temsilciniz bana diyor ki restoran müdürü sadece kıymanın eksik olduğunu söylüyor ve bunun için de 20 TL iade yapabiliriz halbuki kıyma menüde 34 TL, müdür doğru söylemişse bile (ki tamamen yalan) nasıl oluyorda ben 113 TL için 20 TL alıyorum kaldıki sadece kıyma eksik olsaydı bile 34 TL almam gerekiyordu. Sisteminizde restoranların lehine bir çok açık var ve bu adamların yanlış yapmalarına izin veriyor. Sizin müşteri temsilciniz nasıl 34 TL olan kıymanın 20 TL olduğunu müdür söyledi diye kabul eder? E o zaman menü ne için? Database ne işe yarıyor???? Bende yemeğin fotoğrafı da mevcut, müşteriye yanlış yapıyorsunuz.
I downloaded this app because of an ad. The ad included sushi so i searched that up and found nothing, no sushi and this app is clearly a clickbait and not good app . Everything is overpriced
In this app they don’t work as they should. The order always more expensive than other apps. And they are very bad in customer service. The worst.

The owner of the yemek sepeti application attacks Islam and Muslims, while the largest number of buyers he has is from the Muslim community. You succeeded in selling and advertising in your application, but you did not succeed in preserving your buyers. You were smart to the point of stupidity!!!
A very bad app, i always get the food cold and some times expired. Do not buy from them!
