Worst Delivery App I have ever seen
I’ve been traveling for many years using delivery apps in over 20 countries. This is by far the worst app I’ve ever seen. No Apple login, no Apple Pay, doesn’t take international credit cards. Doesn’t tell you that the restaurant will deliver the order and you won’t have any tracking. To add a note to your delivery, you have to chat with customer support. Just overall a terrible experience compared to other apps in other countries.

I am in Turkey rn, and can’t verify my phone number!!!! Why? And why do you need to verify my phone number? I don’t want to give a delivery to someone else
Notifications
Could you convert delivery related notifications to “time sensitive”? I want to know the delivery status but I don’t want to see any other notifications like promotion or suggestions as there are annoying.
Worse App with 4 years experience
Salute to the team who designed and tested this worse app and website. Mobile code not receiving to the USA numbers. It says continue without registration or just with email. While ordering, again it is asking for phone number and that doesn’t send a code got verification. Lot of features missing. Irritating. Hope someone will fix this or a new app come over in Isthanbul. FYI, getir app delivered the code to my mobile and email when registered.

Horrible customer service. Orders are extremely late and food is served cold and they offer no refund. Waste of money
